I have spent much of my career in a Customer Service environment, and I pride myself on providing a 110% level of service to my employer’s clients and prospects. I am infuriated when I receive an inadequate performance from a company with which I do business. Equally so, I am impressed when I get excellent treatment. The time has finally come to document these two extremes of keeping the customer satisfied.
If I make a change to my web site, internet search engines reflect that change within days. I hope that if someone searches for any of the companies mentioned here, they will see my comments and use them to decide how to spend their money.
