SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM RAY
We have about 2000 books on games, puzzles and related subjects which will go on sale over the next few months (SPRING 2007). Due to space restrictions we will sell the books outside our shop at weekends only commencing this weekend. However as the weather forecast for this weekend is not exciting we are starting with a small quantity of books only, approx. 200-300. No book will cost more than £5 and many will be £1 - £2.

Village Games, with the best stock of puzzles in the UK is open until 6pm, Wednesday to Sunday. The Lockside Lounge is just across the courtyard from Village Games and up the stairs. See the map. Camden Town is the nearest underground station. Walk up Camden High Street, marvelling at the sights of London at leisure, go straight ahead at the traffic lights, over the canal, then turn left up the cobbled path just before the overhead railway bridge. Just before the top of the path, turn left into West Yard. Village Games is on the right.
Some people usually go straight from the shop to the Lounge with their recent purchases... If it's your first visit, say hello to Ray and tell him you heard about it here!! If I see someone new having a tentative glance in our direction, I will try and make you feel welcome.
Regular attendees include the owners of these great web sites, of interest to all puzzlers.
Tim ‘Grand Illusions’ Rowett
Eric 'Black Box' Solomon
Frank 'Bottleneck' Potts
If you are tempted to attend, but a little bit shy, read the 4th October 2007 entry here, written by Jeremy, the day after he attended for the first time. It should put your mind at rest.
Please Note: Camden Town is very busy and trendy. As in crowded places in any city, be aware of the people around you and ensure that you have a tight hold on your property. Local traders have recently, March 2007, asked for the police to take action against drug selling in the area.
