You've arrived here due to one of several reasons, most likely it's because I redesigned the entire web site in August 2010. Click on one of the options above and then update your bookmark.
I totally changed the site structure, to produce much shorter URLs (page addresses). It’s also easier for me if I want to delete things. I do not anticipate making a change like this again, and it is the first time since 1996 that I have changed the actual structure. Contact me here.
Hopefully NetObjects Fusion 7 which I use for designing the site will get rid of dead links.
